ECO-SCIENCE
Calling all young explorers and budding naturalists! Join us on a journey as we discover the natural world that exists within and around Freeman Gardens.

Come along on a weeklong adventure as we explore, learn, and investigate the ecology of Glen Ridge. Students will dive into the world of an environmental scientist by studying local plants and wildlife, collecting data, and documenting observations and experiences.

THEATRE
Theatre classes offer the student an understanding of various acting techniques and expands their repertoire for expression.  Introducing our students to a wide variety of experiences and perspectives is our top priority.

More experienced students will explore advanced topics such as Advanced Improvisation, Introduction to Dialogue Work, Song Interpretation, Monologues and more!

VISUAL ART
Visual Art classes seek to recognize and explore the student's emerging individuality while developing sensitivity to line, value, shape, color, texture and movement in their chosen medium.

Students will experience many different forms of Visual art, as seen through the natural beauty of the garden. Students will manipulate a variety of mediums throughout the week, including painting, collage, and clay sculpting, culminating in a weekly outdoor Art Show.

MUSIC
GRSA is dedicated to the development of the student's appreciate of beauty and sensitivity in playing their instrument.

Do to so, we provide all students an opportunity to learn a new instrument in
a creative and non-competitive environment in a small group environment, as well as to offer intermediate and advanced students private lessons on their instrument.
